Guidlines to Prepare your Home
Pricing
– Pricing can be easily adjustable to fit your budget and needs.– Rates start at $75 for residential homes.
– Drone photography and video are available.
Price Includes:
– You will receive 15‐20 photos per residence (Quantity greater for larger homes).
– 24-hour turn around time for all images, unless otherwise discussed.
– Professional retouching (within reason).
– Shooting available during morning or afternoon hours (Twilight is extra).
– Images will be delivered through Google Drive, unless other discussed.
– Unlimited usage granted for 1 year for the original agent/seller only (additional usage rights available).
Additional Services
Twilight Shoot
Request a twilight shoot when the light is at its softest, making your home and property look its best. Add $50.
Quick Return Shoot
Need to add a few additional photos after a remodel? $50 + $5 per additional image.
Travel Fees
In general, anything 30 miles or further from my office in the Seattle area will have a $30 travel fee added, and each additional 15 miles adds an additional $20.
Photo Storage
Photos will be stored in a folder on Google Drive for one month. If you need copies of the photos after one month, they can be obtained for a $50 fee.
