Falls Creek Falls has long been one of my favorite waterfalls in the Pacific Northwest, a spot I could never tire of
hiking to. I began my journey at the trailhead before dawn, anticipating that the lingering fog would soon lift with the sunrise.
I arrived at the falls just as the first rays of sunlight began to spill into the valley, gently dispersing the fog and
revealing the upper tiers of the waterfall. For about thirty to forty-five minutes, I had the place all to myself, before
a few other hikers arrived. The falls are becoming increasingly popular, which is why I made it a point to start my hike early.
