My first trip to California took place in September of 2015, following an unforgettable AC/DC concert in San Francisco.
Afterward, I spent the next few days winding down the Pacific Coast Highway. On the final evening of my journey, I was
searching for a special spot to capture the sunset.
It was then that a friend introduced me to Garrapata Beach, affectionately known as "Tick Beach." As the sun dipped below
the horizon, I managed to snap this shot just in time before racing back to my car to continue down the highway toward the
iconic Bixby Bridge, which you can see in The Bridge to Paradise on this site.
