After researching and discovering that Antelope Canyon would be overcrowded, I chose to go this route. Myself and my girlfriend, along with one other person and our guide spent 6 hours exploring this majestic slot canyon. Seen here in Chiseled Light, desert fauna lodged itself in the canyon from previous flash floods. I have never been one to stage shots, but I loved how the light shines down on the brush with the smooth chiseled canyon walls around it.

Canyon X is a lesser known slot canyon on the Navajo Indian Reservation. Unlike the Antelope Canyons, visitation is restricted to one tour company only. So instead of hundreds of people clamoring for the same shot, Canyon X will only have a few people at one time.After researching and discovering that Antelope Canyon would be overcrowded, I chose to go this route.
