Beneath the shadow of Mount Rainier, a celestial symphony unfolded. Every July fields of lupins stand in regal bloom,
their purple hues cascading like waves through the misty embrace. These delicate wildflowers only reach their peak for
a brief window each year, offering their fleeting beauty to those who make the effort to find them. Each season, the
display shifts, a reminder of nature's ever-changing rhythm.
To capture this magic, I embarked on a two-day journey, seeking the perfect convergence of wildflowers, towering peaks,
and the eternal dance of the Milky Way. Yet, the path was far from tranquil. A relentless horde of mosquitoes arose from
the meadow, determined to make their presence felt.
As the night deepened, the Milky Way's core erupted directly from the summit of Rainier, spilling stardust and wonder
across the heavens. This photo represents not just the beauty of that moment but the determination it took to be there,
witnessing the mountain and the stars aligning in perfect harmony.
